We are looking forward to meet with professional Software Support Specialist who will become an integral part of our Digital Delivery team.

  • Transformation project/platform implementation supporter: Based on the overall strategy, support the global application of transformation projects/products, take the lead in VOC management, promote product co-construction, and monitor user experience;
  • Executor of transformation project/platform deployment analysis: Design the measurement model, build the metrics systems, analyze the deployment and application of transformation project/products, and drive product optimization and business operations

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the deployment of transformation projects/platforms in regions.
  • Develop regional implementation objectives, solutions, and plans based on the overall strategy and architecture of transformation projects/platforms; support the implementation of transformation projects/product applications in the corresponding region; support the implementation of transformation projects/platforms in key projects of field offices.
  • Ensure the stable running of the platform for 7 x 24 hours to support efficient and collaborative delivery of global projects involving customers, Huawei, and subcontractors.
  • Plan hot events, a series of experience officers, and user interaction activities based on the value target to encourage experience officers and users to actively participate in the experience and enhance user steadiness and product loyalty.
  • Manage users in a refined manner, take the lead in VOC and public opinion management, and resolve problems in a timely manner to promote the co-construction of product development and users.

Requirements

  • Understand the basic knowledge of telecommunications;
  • At least three years of experience in project delivery, product maintenance, and quality operations,
  • Have a good command of the basic knowledge about the SD process, general project management, quality management, and general transformation project management;
  • Be familiar with user experience, general knowledge of product development, and basic knowledge of architecture;
  • Have the theoretical knowledge, tools, and methods related to quality and operations.
  • Advanced in English and second language is a big plus.
  • Some data analysis skills (Power BI, Data fab, Fine BI, Python, etc.)
  • Event planning, publicise organization skills;
  • Strong writing and presentation skills;
  • Have certain product marketing and operation capabilities;
  • Being open to traveling and on-site working in Istanbul Office.
