ModSquad has partnered with the top eBook providers in the market and we are currently seeking experienced Customer Support Representatives to respond to customer inquiries via tickets.

Project Hours:

24/7 but especially seeking candidates for 9 AM - 6 PM PT

Orientation Begins:

July 29th - Onward

Hourly Rate:

To be discussed in the interview phase

Commitment:

20 hours per week

60 days (as needed)

Language:

English

WorkSpace Requirements:

  • Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above
  • Quality headset
  • Quiet workspace to take calls
  • Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on the phone
  • Access to a webcam or smartphone capable of taking pictures
