Job Overview
The Sales Operations Manager at Lugano is responsible for optimizing the performance of the sales team developing and implementing effective sales processes, tools, and reporting systems. This role ensures that the sales operations are efficient, scalable, and aligned with the company's strategic objectives. You will work closely with our VP of North America and President ensuring all sales operations are aligned with the direction of the overall sales growth. This role is essential in ensuring that our salons operate remarkably and that our sales strategies are aligned with overall business goals.

- Sales Process Management:
- Develop, document, and implement sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure consistency in sales methodologies and best practices across the team
