Trainee - Training Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee - Training Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting training sessions for various OM processes. This role involves staying up-to-date with team updates, identifying training needs, preparing training materials, and handling new employees until they are assigned to their relevant teams. The Trainee - Training Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the continuous improvement of training programs and staying current with company policies and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive training sessions on OM operational processes using provided training materials to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Customize training delivery methods to suit different learning styles and team needs.
• Ensure new hires understand company policies, procedures, and their specific roles within the team.
• Provide hands-on training to new recruits during their practical training period and offer feedback on their progress and performance.
• Address challenges new members face during their initial period and provide effective solutions.
• Collaborate with the Knowledge Management department to stay updated on new training materials and processes.
• Coordinate with team leads to understand specific training needs and tailor sessions accordingly.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and updates in YouTube and TikTok claiming processes.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance training programs and delivery methods.
• Collect and analyze feedback from trainees to improve future training sessions.
• Ensure all training programs comply with company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in YouTube claiming.
• Strong understanding of OM operational processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Google Docs and Sheets.
• Effective coaching skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle challenges and work under pressure with a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work any shift (morning or night).
