This position is Paris-office based.

Your role

We have three business lines at Joko: Card-linked, Online, and Gift cards. We’re hiring an experienced professional to lead the Card-linked business. The team is currently composed of 3 salespeople and 5 account managers. The card-linked team helps retailers acquire and retain customers by offering in-store cash back offers to our 3.5M+ users and leveraging banking data to tailor these offers. You will report directly to the co-founder & CRO.

Your responsibilities

  • Ensure the management and training of a talented 8-person Sales and Account Management team.
  • Grow the team while maintaining a very high talent density to support our ambitious growth targets.
  • Define our yearly and quarterly revenue targets, monitor progress, set up the right action plans and make sure we optimize our revenue cash-in.
  • Define and own our quarterly OKRs and closely work with all teams (Marketing, Product, Operations, Data, etc.) to ensure alignment.
  • Own specific sales targets and sign new enterprise deals with top-tier retailers (3-6 month sales cycles, up to millions of euros of yearly revenue deal).
  • Build strong and long-lasting relationships with our existing partners (CMOs in the retail and e-commerce ecosystem).
  • Closely work with the B2B Marketing team on the B2B marketing roadmap and strategy.
  • Lead the organization and participate in major retail events such as One to One Monaco & Biarritz.
  • Be the “face” of Joko’s Card-Linked business in the ecosystem and ensure we’re seen as the best marketing company to work with.
  • Give visibility to the team in the sales ecosystem to attract the best sales and account management talents.
  • Ensure we have all the right processes and tools in place (revenue forecasts, CRM management, sales training, etc.) to keep growing with the right fundamentals.
  • Collaborate with the Product team by providing partner feedback to help improve our product.
  • Make sure we constantly improve our “B2B dashboard”, which enables partners to monitor their performances and access real-time baking data insights.
  • You’ll have the ownership over the card-linked P&L.

Preferred requirements

  • Experience: You have 10y+ experience in Sales & Account Management, at closing strategic deals, ideally in a fast growing environment.
  • Management: You have a strong Sales or Account Management teams management experience and are able to handle senior stakeholders.
  • Languages: You are fluent in French and English (as our team is international), both written and spoken.
  • Communication: You have strong written and verbal communication skills, and you are strong at communicating ****enthusiasm and motivate business teams.
  • Energy: You thrive on connecting with people. Your strength lies in active listening and crafting solutions to tackle challenges.
  • Structured: You are structured and data-driven and know how to do project management. You love analyzing data and making informed decisions.
  • Attention to details: You know that the devil is in the details, and you have a talent for spotting flaws when there are.
