IT Support with Procurement Background

Apt Resources is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Female Indian Speaking IT Support professional with a background in procurement to join our client's team, a Royal Family in Abu Dhabi. As an IT Support with a Procurement Background, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end users, managing IT assets and inventory, and assisting with procurement activities. You will work closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth IT operations and efficient procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end users, troubleshoot and resolve IT issues
• Manage IT assets and inventory, including tracking and documentation
• Assist with procurement activities such as vendor selection, negotiations, and purchase order processing
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather IT requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of IT equipment and services
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, purchases, and contracts
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT support roles and procurement activities
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving IT issues

• Procurement certification or relevant experience is a plus

Benefits

The salary is AED 4500 plus free accommodation and food. All other benefits as per UAE labour laws.
