Technical Program Analyst

Koddi is seeking a tech-savvy and inquisitive Technical Program Analyst to join our growing Technical Program Management team. This hybrid role is designed for individuals passionate about leveraging technology, data, and strategic initiatives to drive the success of Koddi Ads programs. The ideal candidate is data-driven, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a passion for providing world-class support. In this role you will be responsible for solving complex business and technical problems to help our partners tackle onsite monetization at scale.

What you will do

• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data, generating actionable insights
• Identify interdependencies and escalate barriers for effective problem-solving
• Create and document new processes to meet the needs of a fast-growing organization
• Collect, aggregate, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources to diagnose and solve ongoing business issues
• Work and communicate with business partners to identify and deliver client requirements
• Use working knowledge of the platform and metrics to proactively monitor, identify, and help solve issues as they arise
• Collaborate across teams internally and externally on key initiatives
• Investigate and resolve business processes and technical issues
• Establish and enhance repeatable frameworks for scalable outcomes

What skills and experience you bring

• 2+ years of experience in a relevant role
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Technical Science, Math, or equivalent work experience
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analytics tools and methodologies
• Understanding of advertising operations and campaign optimization
• Capable of independently solving issues with limited oversight
• Inquisitive, curious nature to uncover and understand program dynamics and trends
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task
• Approach challenges with empathy and a desire to learn
• Detail-oriented, data-driven, and organized
• Proficient in Excel
• Proficient in SQL
• Experience analyzing, modeling, and interpreting data
• Understanding of relational databases
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
