THE PROJECT MANAGER – SPECIAL PROJECTS POSITION

Sunnova Energy International Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to manage special projects. This role will serve as the primary point of contact between Sunnova and solar system installers (Dealers), ensuring seamless communication and efficient management of project milestones. The Project Manager will also lead the integration and document exchange between our CRM system (Salesforce) and others CRM platforms, tracking day-to-day activities, and managing all necessary paperwork for contract progression through to system installation completion.

PROJECT MANAGER – SPECIAL PROJECTS RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Coordination:

-Serve as the lead and main liaison between Sunnova and solar system installers (Dealers).

-Track daily activities and milestones, ensuring timely progression of contracts.

-Oversee the completion of required paperwork and documentation for project stages.

-Coordinate and manage project timelines, ensuring adherence to Sunnova guidelines and deadlines.

-Provide regular updates and reports to management on project status and milestones.

CRM Management:

-Manage and maintain the CRM system (Salesforce) for tracking project details and communications.

-Oversee and lead the exchange of documents and data between Salesforce and other CRM platform.

-Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is maintained in both CRM systems.

-Develop and generate reports from CRM data for analysis and project tracking.

Communication:

-Facilitate clear and effective communication between all project stakeholders.

-Ensure bilingual communication (English and Spanish language]) in verbal and written form.

-Prepare and deliver presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint for internal and external stakeholders.

Data Management and Analysis:

-Organize and manage project data using Microsoft Excel or similar software.

-Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

-Create comprehensive reports and summaries to support decision-making processes.

Compliance and Reporting:

-Ensure all project activities comply with Sunnova requirements and government regulations.

-Prepare and submit necessary documentation and reports to Sunnova and other regulatory bodies.

-Monitor and ensure adherence to project budgets and timelines.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education:

-Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Renewable Energy, or a related field.

-PMP Certification is a plus.

Experience:

-Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the PV + Storage market.

-Proven experience managing federal funds and adhering to government regulations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

-Background in the PV + Storage market.

-Experience working with federal funding and reporting requirements.

-Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.

ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

-Fully bilingual (verbal and written

proficiency in English and language]).

-Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

-Strong organizational and data management skills.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to analyze and create detailed reports.

-Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred).

WORKING CONDITIONS

-Home & Office-based with occasional travel to project sites and meetings as required.

-Flexible working hours may be needed to accommodate project timelines and deadlines.
