CHG Healthcare is looking for an iPaaS Integration Engineer to join our Integration Solutions team. The Integration Solutions team focuses on designing and implementing efficient data integration solutions using iPaaS platforms like Boomi, SnapLogic, and Informatica to support our Data Platform technology initiatives at CHG Healthcare. As an iPaaS Integration Engineer, you will collaborate closely with our architects and technical leads, independently driving integrations while contributing to complex projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy integration workflows, APIs, and connectors using iPaaS platforms like Boomi, SnapLogic, and Informatica.
  • Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to design scalable and efficient integration solutions.
  • Implement integrations for a variety of teams and stakeholders using an iPaaS solution.
  • Ensure data consistency, security, and compliance across integrated systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with iPaaS to deliver integrations in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience integrating with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud.
  • Knowledge of API and Web Services (REST/SOAP/Kafka).
  • Experience with JavaScript, i.e. Node.js and Typescript.
  • Solid foundational knowledge in SQL and relational databases.

Education & Years of Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3-5+ years' software engineering experience
  • 2+ years' experience with iPaaS platforms such as Boomi, SnapLogic, or Informatica.

Preferred:

  • Curiosity and a drive to learn new technologies.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment where everyone’s voice is valued.

We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $102,100 -- $247,200 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.

CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
