Director Real Estate Services

Job Summary
The Director, Real Estate Services is accountable for enterprise-wide delivery of Facilities Management and Real Estate Services (REFMS) including managing key REFMS service provider(s). The individual will be responsible for leading the REFMS organization and ensuring the internal team and our service providers deliver safe and efficient services that support the business. The Director will develop and execute the REFMS strategy, ensure internal business partners' needs/concerns are addressed and focus on governing the service provider(s) performance including safety, quality and costs. Please note: This position will be based out of the Merrillville, IN location. Also, this position is hybrid and will be required to report to the Merrillville, IN office twice a week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays).
