Being a member of a multinational team of dedicated engineers, the Software Engineer will be responsible for the design and implementation of embedded software for satellites in its overall life cycle through agile project execution.
Typical Tasks include:
- Software specification, design, implementation and testing
- Actively participate in SCRUM ceremonies
- Support Software-Quality activities
- Interact with internal peers
- Other tasks and duties assigned by manager(s)
- Temporarily or permanently performing other reasonable and equivalent duties
Requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- University degree (Bachelor/Master/Diploma) or equivalent education plus relevant proven work experience
- 3+ years of work experience in industry or relevant professional environment (space, aeronautics, automotive etc.)
- Profound experience in embedded software development and understanding of electronics
- Excellent knowledge and work experience in C programming language
- Experience with embedded RTOS (e.g. VxWorks, RTEMS, QNX, freeRTOS, uCOS)
- Experience in embedded software development
- Experience in software development for critical/safety systems
