Description

Exeter Information Technology Services is seeking an Application Developer to support the US Army Contracting Command (ACC) Chief Information Officer\G6 Headquarters (HQ), located at 4505 Martin Road, Redstone Arsenal (RSA), AL, provides contracting policy oversight to 100 different contracting offices and subordinate commands located world-wide. The ACC enterprise consists of over 6,200 military and civilian contracting professionals located at contracting offices across the contiguous United States (CONUS) and outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS). Information Technology (IT) services supports ACC’s global contracting mission to the warfighters through the full spectrum of military operations.

The HQ ACC’s Chief Information Officer (CIO) and G6 staff provides critical mission support services designed to enable the workforce with applicable secure technology solutions that will reduce and ultimately eliminate manual business processing and generate resource cost savings and efficiencies for the ACC enterprise.

Responsibilities

-Document supporting policies, processes and procedures within your areas of responsibilities;

-Design and maintain custom Oracle applications using Oracle Apex;

-Develop scripts in SQL, PLSQL. Linux for data conversion, data migration;

-Adherence to policies, processes and procedures within your areas of responsibility;

-Perform requirements analysis, development, design, test, and deployment of custom Oracle applications;

-Maintain documentation on all work products;

-Maintain assigned systems in accordance with DISA STIGs, NIST standards, and agency requirements;

-Effective creation of dynamic reports within the Oracle APEX environment, using APEX reporting tools, BI Publisher or Oracle Reports.

Required Qualifications

Secret security clearance

2 – 5 years of professional experience of development in Oracle Application Express development Version 5.0 or higher, Cobol and/or SQL

CurrentIAT Level II (Security+ CE)

Preferred Qualifications

-2-5 years of Oracle SQL, PL/SQL experience

-2 years of Experience with Native/Hybrid Mobile application development (Desired);

-1-year Experience with web development using HTML5, stylesheet, XSLT and JavaScript Desired;

-2 years of Experience with FOP report using Oracle Apex (Desired);

-5 years of Strong working experience with Oracle 12c database;

-3 years of Java Script experience including JQuery

-2 years of Test automation skills;

-Agile Development experience (desired)

-Experience with Extensible Markup Language (XML); Collaborative Application Markup Language (CAML); Representational State Transfer (REST); C#’; Bootstrap; Excel Services, JAVA, CSS, JavaScript, Linux, RedHat and HTML

-Java Webstart experience
