Program Manager

We're on the lookout for a skilled and experienced Program/Project Manager. If you're someone who can lead big projects tied to business partnerships, acquisitions, or initiatives that boost growth and innovation, we want you on our team!

As our Program/Project Manager, you'll work with different teams to get these projects up and running, track their progress, and make sure they hit their goals.

What you will be doing:

• You will make us deliver on our priorities.
• You will make sure our projects/programs are delivered.
• Collaborate with executive leadership & key stakeholders to define program goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).Execute strategic programs to achieve business objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement program plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor program progress, identify risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies and actively help resolve issues.
• Communicate program status, milestones, and key insights to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Apply a consulting mindset to drive continuous improvement & enhance program management effectiveness and efficiency.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the operations team.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal groups and external parties, in support of achieving program success.
• Prepare and present reports, presentations, and updates to executive leadership and stakeholders.

You are or you have these qualities or experiences:

• You can get into a topic you will manage quickly and will become almost expert in it.
• You are relentless until the project is delivered or on track.
• Proven experience in strategic program management, including evaluation, planning, execution, and evaluation.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to work at multiple levels of an organization, for example, from experience presenting to & engaging with C-Suite Executives, as well as getting into the details of a spreadsheet with Business Analysts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Experience in SaaS preferred.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, as well as Google Suite - who has not these days.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
