What you will do:

• Be a part of the video broadcasting team, validating the functionality and configuration of video services
• During events, responsible for delivering and monitoring the service
• Maintain the knowledge and internal certification processes
• Responsible for operating the preparations for service deliveries
• Ensure customers' satisfaction with any interaction
• Maintain working knowledge of our client’s products and services
• Communicate with developers and other departments of various IT companies to identify and troubleshoot technical issues
