Position Overview

MCRA is seeking an Operations Analyst to join our NYC or DC office. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to manage data accurately and effectively. This role is instrumental in collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize business systems and processes, ultimately driving informed decision-making throughout the organization.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to enhance data visibility and automate reporting.
  • Create and manage internal databases to support reporting needs.
  • Provide management support to Executives.
  • Assist the Senior Operations Analyst in optimizing internal processes to enhance business operations efficiency.
  • Respond to internal ad-hoc Excel report requests throughout the company.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI (assessments will be administered during the interview process).
  • Proficient in other Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Ability to grasp new concepts quickly; well-organized and able to work independently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience with NetSuite CRM.
  • Experience with OpenAir.
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Query, etc.).
  • Experience in professional services companies.
