The Role:

To help support the smooth day-to-day operational running of Mulberry’s omnichannel platforms and support the Technology & Customer Experience Team in the development, management and delivery of Mulberry’s omnichannel projects.

Reporting to the Systems Architect & Operations Manager, you will be working closely with both Support and Project Teams to maintain and enhance Mulberry’s Omnichannel offering and support improvements in customer experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

− Support the smooth day to day functional running of Mulberry’s omnichannel platforms.

− Manage system daily health checks, ensure all omnichannel systems and integrations are running and performing within specified tolerance.

− Raising and managing defects/queries with third party vendors.

− Reporting any major incidents to the relevant teams.

− Working with Retail Systems Analyst to perform the following.

o Recreate and document any reported issues.

o Ensure system checks are updated/maintained to include any additional new features when upgraded.

o Testing new releases.

− Root cause analysis on issues.

− Briefing in potential system changes to the project team by the form of creating user stories.

− Review and maintain system and business processes, working with a wide range of team including Digital, Retail and Finance to tighten and streamline current processes and creating new processes.

− Assisting with existing and new site launches.

o Updating and creating new email Templates and email flows.

o Store and stock locations setup.

o Payment methods and reconciliation processes.

− Migrating/Replacing Legacy Systems to cloud.

− Update and create operational dashboards using Google Cloud's BigQuery, DataStudio and Power BI Cloud’s.

Skills & Experience Required:

− Minimum of 1 year experience in supporting IT solutions, ideally in a retail or luxury environment.

− Degree in a quantitative field preferable.

− Strong troubleshooting skills, excellent attention to detail and good business judgment.

− Experience and Knowledge of various integration methods and file formats e.g. API, JSON, XML.

− Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills; the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organisation.

− Excellent communications skills, both written and oral.

− Strong DB and hands-on SQL experience.

− Good knowledge of at least one programming language, such as Java or C#.
