As a member of the Global Talent team, you will be responsible for Quantis Group’s learning & development strategy and impact, and you will support its implementation at the branch level. Working closely with your HR colleagues in the branches and the L&D team of BCG, our parent company, you will ensure Quantisians’ growth and development through continuous improvement of L&D programs and initiatives.

DOES THIS DESCRIBE YOU AND YOUR NEXT ROLE?

  • You’re passionate about learning & development and motivated to put your relevant HR skills to work towards our mission of aligning businesses with Planetary Boundaries.
  • You’re an experienced, curious and motivated HR professional with 6+ years of experience in an L&D, training or similar function, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • You have a proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs (on the job, classroom, virtual, workshops...), preferably during a company transformation. Experience with outsourced L&D (managing vendors) would be a plus.
  • You have excellent communication and engagement skills, can easily liaise with senior stakeholders and collaborate across different functions.
  • You are comfortable challenging ideas and like to propose improvements and new ideas.
  • You work with a high level of autonomy and self-management.
  • You’re able to plan, prioritize and manage time and projects effectively.
  • You can deal with complexity and ambiguity.
  • You have full fluency in English. Fluency in another language (French, German, Italian) would be a plus.
  • You’re at ease in working in international environments and collaborating with colleagues from different cultures.

AS OUR GLOBAL L&D MANAGER, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE AS FOLLOWS:

  • Lead the development of the global L&D strategy, in close collaboration with Group Talent & Operations Lead, HR Business Partners in branches and BCG L&D team.
  • Ensure alignment with the leadership team regarding business needs and priorities, in line with talent strategy and supporting a diverse and inclusive environment.
  • Analyse L&D needs, propose new L&D projects, design appropriate new training solutions to ensure upskilling of Quantisians and their fit with evolving competencies and expertise in a company transformation context.
  • Support the implementation of training programs at branch level and development of individual training plans, when needed.
  • Oversee the global onboarding program, ensure effective implementation on a regular basis.
  • Liaise with potential vendors/third parties to manage all outsourced L&D activities/
  • Define and monitor appropriate L&D metrics to assess quality and success of training programs, report to the leadership team, and propose improvements, when necessary
  • Follow the industry trends to continuously challenge the current offering

  • Location: France (preferred), open to other Quantis locations (Switzerland, Italy, Germany, US). Hybrid working scheme.
  • Optimal start date: Q4 2024
  • Frequent collaboration with all Quantis branches via web-conferences
