Sr. Software Engineer

The Sr. Software Engineer is a key member of the team who not only contributes great technical solutions that directly impact the business, but who generates creative ideas to improve our products and services. The ideal candidate will take ownership of their work and is comfortable both making decisions and building consensus.

_A day in the life!_​

You will be responsible for the following:​

• Performing all commercial software development duties, including but not limited to technical design, coding, and unit testing so that high quality commercial software releases are delivered to clients in a predictable and consistent schedule according to WellSky development processes
• Collaborating with solutions team(s) to define requirements, conduct analysis, and solve problems on a single product/service
• Preparing technical documentation, conduct, and participating in code reviews to ensure that commercial software code meets internal standards and follows industry best practices and the highest quality
