The Senior Consultant will plan, coordinate and deliver client projects while serving as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. Senior Consultants leverage a team of junior team members to provide comprehensive round-the-clock support to their clients. The successful Senior Consultant will effectively apply their knowledge of litigation support and technology to bridge the gap between clients’ specific requirements and Control Risks’ production and technical resources to ensure work is done to client satisfaction and company standards.

• Consult with client on project workflow and industry best-practices

• Continuously monitor and manage multiple eDiscovery projects to ensure deadlines are met

• Works closely with production teams to ensure proper allocation of resources based on deadlines and priorities

• Manages client expectations throughout the life of a project

• Responsible for gathering project requirements and ensuring requirements are properly documented

• Maintain accurate and current records of all aspects of a project relating to job tracking, specifications and chain of custody-related documents

• Interact with clients to develop strong client relations and demonstrate a high level of commitment to client success

• Knowledge of the EDRM protocols and implementation

• Ability to develop and implement new ideas to create customised solutions on a client-by-client basis

• Assist team with project administrative task such as monthly invoicing

• Provide training to clients on using eDiscovery platforms

Requirements

• Significant experience of professional eDiscovery Litigation Support and Project Management
• Knowledge of litigation support applications including RelativityOne. Additional knowledge of Concordance, Nuix is helpful. Strong technical understanding and/or experience with eDiscovery process, lifecycle and technical issues a must.
• Strong understanding of IT systems and technology
• Data collection experience a plus
• Public speaking experience a must

Qualifications and Specialist Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Additional certifications in relevant tools and/or technologies a must
• Advanced knowledge and experience with all MS Office applications, especially MS Excel. Extensive working experience with RelativityOne. Experience managing projects in additional industry leading litigation support software helpful.
