Senior Fullstack Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Engineer with extensive experience in Python and React to develop healthcare and life sciences projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality, complex code using Typescript and React for the frontend, Python and FastAPI for the backend, and Google Cloud Platform, Terraform, Kubernetes for the infrastructure;
• Conduct comprehensive code reviews to ensure code quality;
• Establish and enforce coding standards within the development team.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand and implement project requirements accurately.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide effective technical solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Python, particularly with FastAPI, Cloud Platform, Terraform, Kubernetes for the infrastructure;
• Previous experience in healthcare and life sciences sectors
• Familiarity with healthcare standards (DICOM, HL7, FHIR) and medical ontologies (ICD-10, SNOMED).
• Good communication skills in English.
