About The Role

As an Associate Product Manager, you will join the Hirer Acquisition team, being responsible for the employer homepage, registration, and onboarding products. This is a great opportunity to start your product journey at SEEK working within a multi-functional team to solve key customer problems for our hirers and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Assist in shaping and delivering the product roadmap, supporting the achievement of key business objectives and metrics.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of your products and their integration within the overall SEEK experience; collaborate with other product teams to enhance the hirer experience.
• Support the engagement and management of partners across the business, contributing to building alignment and momentum for your products and initiatives.
• Contribute to Product Discovery efforts, helping to identify and address the most challenging problems.
• Assist in defining product performance and success metrics to monitor product performance and find opportunities.
