WHAT'S THE MISSION?

To oversee, optimise and constantly improve our day to day operational activities. Ensuring that Astrid and Miyu leads on operational excellence from supply chain through to customer and everything in between.

WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?

IT & Systems Management

• Manage our outsourced IT function to implement technology solutions enhancing operational efficiency
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement tech solutions, ensuring data integrity and cybersecurityEnsure compliance with relevant regulations regarding IT and data management.

KPI Management

• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments
• Analyse KPIs regularly, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans
• Report on operational performance to senior management

Fulfilment & International Strategy

• Oversee our fulfilment operations, including inventory and warehouse management
• Improve processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and accuracy
• Plan fulfilment capacity to meet customer demands effectively
• Develop and execute international fulfilment strategies, considering logistics and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with teams to optimise order management, shipping, and delivery
• Manage relationships with fulfilment partners for efficient global operations

Sustainability Focus

• Drive sustainability initiatives within operations, promoting eco-friendly practices
• Identify opportunities for sustainability improvements in the supply chain and transportation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to set and achieve sustainability goals

Continuous Improvement

• Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
• Lead process improvement initiatives and support teams in implementing changes
• Identify automation and digitalisation opportunities to streamline operations

Team development

• Cultivate a high performing team through constant career development
• Instil an environment of coaching and collaboration across the team and business

• Experience owning operations in a fast moving retail/ ecommerce environment.
