Data and Market Services Administrator

About the role

Bluecurrent (formerly Vector Metering) is a leading provider of innovative smart metering services and solutions in New Zealand and Australia. As a B2B company, we partner with leading energy retailers and distributors in New Zealand and Australia.

As a Data and Market Services Administrator, you will provide proactive customer service and accurate data in line with agreed service levels, to customers by effectively managing the Data and Market Services operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with the Australian Electricity Market.
• Ensure metering data accurately represents electricity used by a consumer and that it is delivered to the market within required timeframes.
• Respond to customer requests regarding data and market deliveries.
• Work as part of a team, collaborating and assisting others to achieve overall team goals.
• Support BAU processes with an eye for detail and completion of work to a high quality.
• Raise any issues identified and liaise with providers, and internal teams where needed.
