Civil Engineer - Water

AECOM is searching for an Engineer to be based in our Edmonton, AB office. The appropriately qualified candidate will have an understanding and significant experience in civil engineering, hydraulic design and construction management principles and is very familiar with the design and construction of municipal infrastructure. They will be expected to work successfully within a team environment and be able to communicate effectively with other project team members and clients. They will have a high level of initiative, attention to detail, motivation, and display drive, energy and enthusiasm for getting things done. They will be expected to support in the delivery of infrastructure to customers mostly within the municipal water, wastewater and storm water sector.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Working knowledge of water / wastewater / drainage conveyance infrastructure in a municipal environment.
• Design of civil systems associated with municipal water and/or wastewater /drainage conveyance facilities including underground piping and stormwater management facilities.
