What You'll Be Doing
- Answering inbound calls from customers looking to discuss IAG’s available policies and offers.
- Use effective communication skills to build rapport and provide engaging customer experiences.
- Be flexible with hours to ensure we're available when our customers need us.

- Availability to work a Monday - Sunday, 1:30 pm - 10 pm schedule.
- The base salary for this role is $55,000 + Super, with the opportunity to earn incentives based on performance.
