With a broad remit for products ranging from single use cards, subscriptions, rewards, bills, product insurance and gift-cards, our Spend & Loyalty squad works with the very latest tech to solve complex, interesting challenges at scale.

As part of this team, you’ll learn and grow through experimentation, enhancing existing features and building new ones, with the backing of a tight-knit team.

Interesting problems you’ll get to solve

• Work alongside product to build reliable and scalable initiatives across Zip's Spend & Loyalty systems.
• Ensure solutions can balance between the delivery and the quality
• Work cross functionally to integrate with broader Zip services such as Fraud, Accounts, Core Product.

• Must have technical expertise in Java or Kotlin.
• Experience working with microservices and event driven architectures ideally with Kafka.
• Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with solution design and delivery.
• Exposure to working with FE technologies like React.
• Love of sharing your knowledge and mentoring other team members.
