In this role, you will be responsible for executing effective community management strategies across various social media platforms and assisting in the creation and execution of email marketing strategies. You will work closely with our team to ensure cohesive and impactful communication across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Management:
- Manage and monitor the agency's and clients' social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google My Business, etc.).
- Develop and implement innovative social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and followers.
- Create and curate engaging and relevant content strategies, to brief the team (designers and copywriters), that align with the brand's voice and objectives.
- Foster meaningful interactions and build strong relationships with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform regular research and stay up-to-date with social media trends, audience preferences, and industry developments.
- Conduct social media research to create marketing strategies for clients who request this service.
- Compile and present detailed monthly social media reports, showcasing key performance indicators (KPIs) and actionable insights to demonstrate progress and areas of improvement.
Email Marketing:
- Design and layout email campaigns.
- Segment email lists based on demographics, behavior, and other relevant factors.
- Generate reports on email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- Manage and maintain databases of email subscribers.
- Coordinate and schedule email sends, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Requirements
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Community Management:
- Increase social media engagement rates monthly (specific targets to be determined per client, but must always demonstrate growth).
- Achieve a monthly growth in social media followers (specific targets to be determined per client, but must always demonstrate growth).
- Generate measurable growth through specific social media campaigns (specific targets to be determined per client, but must always demonstrate growth).
- Maintain a response rate of at least 60% to customer inquiries and comments.
Email Marketing:
- Achieve a minimum open rate of 20% per email campaign.
- Attain a click-through rate (CTR) of at least 5% per email campaign.
- Maintain a low bounce rate, aiming for less than 2% per campaign.
- Increase the email subscriber list by a certain percentage monthly (specific targets to be determined).
- Achieve a minimum conversion rate of 3% from email campaigns.
