Engineering Operations Intern

We’re looking for a new colleague for the position of Engineering Operations Intern to help coordinate communication and processes between engineering and other departments like sales or legal. You can work in one of our Bloomreach offices (Bratislava/Brno) or from home on a part-time basis (20h / week). The salary starts at 7€/hour.

You will:

• Maintain and help do design processes, which will improve efficiency of the whole engineering organization
• Provision accesses to specific services
• Cooperate with engineering leadership on clear communication toward engineering teams

Tasks and responsibilities:

As Engineering Operations Specialist, you’ll be expected to:

• Maintain processes in the engineering department
• Coordinate requests between Engineering and Sales/Client services
• Communicate with different stakeholders, aiming for mutual understanding and win-win outcomes
• Help to manage Engineering Operations projects – process improvements, tool migrations, compliance preparations

This background could help you (not required):

• Experience from a B2B or B2C SaaS/Technology company
• Experience working with engineering teams
