Job Overview

The position will play a crucial role in mastering customer service via phone calls to assist the clients with their perspective inquiries, memberships, and escalation of concerns.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Customer Service agents would handle all verbal communication for the company including any incoming or outgoing service calls to members involving account issues.
• This would include helping members with billing related inquiries, account cancellations and customer retention.
• Provide exceptional customer service and effectively resolve any conflicts or issues that arise particularly related to billing inquiries.
• Creating detailed notes on our platforms for communication with other representatives

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in related roles such as Customer Service and Sales Representative from any industry.
• A candidate with background from in handling billing and retention is a plus.
• A candidate with an experience in Ring Central is an advantage.
• The candidate must be competent and proficient in using technology.
• Proficient verbal communication abilities are required.
• The candidate must have the ability to manage escalation over a phone call.
• The candidate must be willing and amenable to handle volume calls.
• The candidate must have own equipment and a reliable internet connection.

Job type: Permanent

Schedule: 4 days on and 4 days off

12:00 am to 9:00 am PH time (10:00 am to 7:00 pm MST) inclusive of 1-hour break
