The House of Commons’ Human Resources Services is currently looking to staff a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) position and to establish a pool of qualified candidates.
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a strategic advisor to leaders in designated business units on people management through an HR generalist’s lens and leveraging a broad understanding of the business, on the development and effective delivery of HR services and programs that support and reflect the business objectives of the organization. The HRBP devises and advises on HR strategies, including workforce planning, and acts as an employee champion and change agent.
