Job Description:

The purpose of this role is to produce and maintain effective working schedules according to pre-determined labor plans, monitor compliance of labor policies and scheduling guidelines, and assign appropriate frontline workforce to deliver smooth operations and create a great guest/client experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and amend daily work schedules for frontline Cast Members to ensure they are assigned accurately and appropriately based on business demand.
• Plan & configure scheduling setting in system to optimize the schedule to balance the needs between cast, operations, and company.
• Work closely with location and Operation Integration to fulfil P&R business integration and base operation requirement.
• Work closely with client and provide labor reports and scheduling related information to LOBs and partners on regular basis.
• Perform user acceptance test for system upgrade, bugs fix and produce sample schedule for schedule optimization testing.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, IT, Finance or Business Administration
• 2-3 years of related work experience, experience in labor scheduling is preferred
• Knowledge in Employment Ordinance and HR policy
• Good and consistent attention to detail, self-starter and team player
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
• Fluent in English and Chinese
