Lead QA Engineer

Position Overview

The Lead QA Engineer is responsible for overseeing quality assurance engineering and deliverables for business-critical mobile applications (iOS and Android) and web applications for marketing and field partners. This position is responsible for planning, reviewing, and delivering on QA standards initiatives, as well as leading all contract QA engineers and analysts.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, required
• 4 additional years of relevant experience, required
• Extensive experience with mobile application testing on both iOS and Android platforms
• Strong knowledge of web application testing methodologies and tools
• Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools, particularly Appium for mobile automation
• Experience with performance, security, and usability testing
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
