Associate Director

The Role:

ModernaTX, Inc. seeks an Associate Director, SAP Development Lead for its Norwood, Massachusetts location.

Here’s What You’ll Do:

• Lead systems engineering efforts to support design and development of complex SAP development architecture.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to document and convert functional requirements into technical specifications and applications.
• Participate in analysis of business operations to validate requirements and scope, suggest process improvements, and assist in level of effort (LOE) estimation.
• Lead the design and development of complex SAP ABAP Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Smart Forms, Workflows (“RICEFW”) and BAPIs.
• Maintain and develop Fiori OData applications.
• Support end-user acceptance testing activities, and participate in production operations and Release Management support.
• Optimize code, program performance analysis and tuning.
• Integrate SAP with other SAP, Non-SAP systems using Web services, EDI, file-based transfers, and RFC’s as required, and support integration team.
• Conduct regular meetings with technical team members to ensure that projects and ongoing support activities meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements.
• Provide technical expertise and management to ensure best on time delivery and customer satisfaction. Participate in the demand management process to assist the business in establishing business cases relating to new systems or potential system changes.
• May telecommute up to 2 days per week.

Here’s What You’ll Bring to the Table:

Minimum requirements:

• Requires a Master’s degree in Information Technology or related field and 4 years of experience in the position offered or as a SAP Developer, Lead Developer or related position. In the alternative, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in the stated fields and 6 years of progressive, post- baccalaureate experience in the stated occupations.
• Must have four (4) years of experience with:
• SAP ABAP;
• RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Smart Forms, Workflows);
• OData FIORI Development;
• Requirement gathering, analysis, design, software development, testing, bug fixing, and documentation.
