Director of Program Effectiveness Research

The expected salary range for this position is $159,550.00 - $199,420.00. Employees in specific high cost of labor locations in the United States (such as San Francisco, CA and Seattle, WA) may qualify for a geographic differential. This Director of Research will lead the organizational vision for conducting research to improve impact and scale across Compassion’s child development programs, to inform leadership decision-making and marketing platforms, and to influence the sector to uptake research results and findings. He/she will continue to build organizational capacity and systems for research, drive research agendas, and lead research teams and projects to answer the most pressing questions to improve impact and scale.

The director will provide direction through subordinate managers and staff including hiring, discipline, and termination, as well as, coaching, performance management, assigning, checking, and approving work to achieve global strategies and objectives.
