Concentrix Catalyst is the experience design and engineering team of Concentrix, a leading global solutions company that reimagines everything CX through strategy talent and technology. We combine human-centered design powerful data and strong tech to accelerate CX transformation at scale. The Catalyst Team is seeking to hire a DevOps to join our full-time team as full-time employee.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and support integration with Amazon SES.
• Utilize AWS services, focusing on Amazon SES.
• Develop solutions using Golang, Python, or similar languages.
• Manage infrastructure with Terraform.
• Work with email protocols, especially SMTP.
• Integrate with third-party APIs.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of DevOps experience.
• Expertise in AWS, particularly Amazon SES.
• Strong skills in Golang, Python, or similar.
• Experience with Terraform.
• Knowledge of SMTP and email protocols.
