Senior Manager - Vendor Operations & Commercial Performance

We are looking for a Senior Manager - Vendor Operations & Commercial Performance (all genders) to join the Vendor Vertical and elevate our global vendor onboarding, incubation, and off boarding processes.Within the Vendor Vertical the central Vendor Operations team drives excellence across 70+ entities worldwide by reinforcing operational and commercial strategies with robust metrics, innovative products, streamlined business processes, and insightful reporting. Collaborating with senior management and central/regional/local stakeholders, we ensure seamless operations and exceptional early-stage commercial performance and experience for our partners.

**Your Mission:

• Assess and improve the vendor onboarding and early stage operational and commercial performance & process (vendor incubation) across our 70+ countries, making data-driven decisions about which opportunities to focus on.
• Build new processes, best practices and collaboratively build products with our Salesforce and internal products teams creating smart, impactful and innovative solutions driving cost, revenue and vendor satisfaction.
