THE TEAM

The mission of the Retail Technology team is to design, build, deliver and operate robust, efficient and scalable Retail technology solutions that align with our strategic business and technology goals.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing, and our Retail Technology team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for architecting, designing, implementing, and continuously improving Retail-channel technology solutions. As the Senior Solution Systems Analyst, Retail Technology, you will turn business requirements into solutions, acting as the liaison between Technology and the Retail business, while playing a crucial role in creating requirements documentation, testing, deployment, and ongoing management of Aritzia’s Order Management Systems. THE ROLE

As the Senior Solution Systems Analyst, Retail Technology, you will:

• Support with identifying and delivering innovative technology solutions that meet business needs for today and tomorrow.
• Translate business requirements into a scalable, user-centric technology design.
• Ensure the solution design intent is realized and works seamlessly with existing systems and infrastructure.
• Implement structured testing to ensure functionality and to identify and address deficiencies.
• Contribute to the smooth and efficient deployment of Retail technology solutions.
• Provide excellent and reliable proactive and reactive support for Retail technology solutions.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Solution Systems Analyst, Retail Technology has:

• Proven and best-in-class skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in:
• Strong experience with Retail applications and systems, like POS and Order Management
• Agile/Sprint product management experience
• Business Analysis and/or Business Systems Analysis experience
• Proven ability to create solution design documents and user stories that solve the business problem
• Experience working with internal and external development teams
• Experience working with internal Business partners on backlog prioritization
• Clear and timely communication with internal and external partners
• A commitment to learn, apply, champion, and enrich Aritzia's Values, Business and People Leadership principles
• The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes
• A dedication to quality and investing in results and new business opportunities that add value at all times

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $75,000 - $125,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
