Reynaers Aluminium is a leading European specialist in the development and marketing of innovative and sustainable aluminium solutions for windows, doors, curtain walls, sliding systems, sun screening and conservatories. Besides standard solutions, Reynaers Aluminium also develops tailor-made solutions for all market sectors – from residential to commercial and industrial projects. The systems meet the most stringent demands in terms of comfort,security, architectural design, and energy-efficiency.

Duties and responsibilities
As a Technical Sales Engineer for Reynaers Aluminium your main tasks include:

  • Support customer with technical knowledge in the sales process.
  • Increase the usage of digital solutions offered from Reynaers.
  • Train customers in Reynaers software and solutions such as ReynaPro & Digitrace and help prepare quotations. Help making partners self-sufficient and comfortable in software and systems.
  • Technical support to customers giving advice on solutions, systems, and processes.
  • Together with KAM Sales managers, you will visit costumers and fabricators.
  • Improve customer relationship and with other partners of Reynaers.
  • Propose cost effective technical solution based on project requirements; in close collaboration with Project Departments from Reynaers Headquarters.
  • Prepare project files (in Reynapro software) with drawings, calculations and other related documents.
  • Thermal and strength estimation and calculations.
  • Active work in CRM system.
  • Reports to General Manager-Nordics.
  • Frequent communication with Reynaers HQ departments and with different stakeholders in the projects such as architects and consultants.

To succeed in the role

  • Be able to work in an international environment and handle different cultures.
  • Meritorious to have Knowledge and Know-how of how the business of system suppliers for facade & window solutions operates.
  • Meritorious to Understand the methodology of the aluminium & steel systems for facade and window solutions.
  • Meritorious knowledge in using design software’s for aluminium and steel systems for facade and window solutions.
  • Capable to work in Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • Capable to use AutoCAD software’s or similar.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Overseas travel required will occur from time to time.
  • Be able to plan and hold training session of different kinds within the technical business scope.
  • Worked in similar roles for 2-3 years.

Required: Full driving license and valid passport
