Job Summary:

EveryMatrix is looking for a Chief Technical Officer in Yerevan, Armenia within PartnerMatrix team.

PartnerMatrix is the advanced affiliate and agent management software provider aimed to bring more traffic, more sales, and total control over your affiliate campaigns using one highly customizable affiliate software platform designed for casino and sportsbook operators. PartnerMatrix system allows real-time statistics for operators and affiliates, provides media and security tools, with ability to add any payment method for any region.

Chief Technical Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical direction and lead all aspects of the Business Unit’s technological development;
  • Participate in management meetings, product demos and executive decisions;
  • Standardize, implement and enforce agreed software development processes for Scrum/Kanban, Test-Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Integration (CI), Release Management and Branching, etc.;
  • Oversee timely and correct deployment procedure; continuously improve and adjust policies and processes in order to ensure deployment under best practices;
  • Make sure that all development processes and practices are in line with the EveryMatrix group’s technology vision and strategy.
  • Provide leadership to team leaders for supporting the company’s culture, mission and values; coach your people in regards to people management, evaluation, task estimation etc.;
  • Consistently evaluate technical efficiency and makes changes as necessary;
  • Proactively identify – and suggest solutions to – productivity and quality problems;
  • Oversee cross team coordination, and resolve dependencies between the teams and other stakeholders;
  • Participate in recruiting and performance evaluations; Ensure team growth and motivation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Management;
  • Management / Leadership Training, Organizational skills training;
  • 5+ years’ experience in technical or project management roles inside the technology industry;
  • Experience in working with methodological planning;
  • Experience in working with Scrum / Kanban;
  • Advanced level of English
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and ability to communicate complicated issues effectively;
  • Quality and productivity oriented;
  • Detail oriented and analytical;
  • High level of responsibility and ability to work unsupervised;
  • High degree of resolve to navigate obstacles and solve problems;
  • Able to work under tight deadlines with little direction or oversight, multi-task and be flexible to cope with changing priorities;
  • Be forward thinking, anticipate business needs proactively, and manage accordingly;
  • Innovative and passionate about new technologies;

Work Life Balance:

  • 40% work from home over any 3-month period (can work one month per quarter abroad);
  • Extra leave days for every extra year at the company – 34 days by year 5 of employment;
  • To support women candidates, we offer 21 weeks of maternity leave and 100% work from home until the child’s first birthday for mothers;
  • Men receive 4 weeks of paternity leave and can work from home until the child is 13 weeks old;
  • 10 sick leave days per year with no doctor’s certificate requirement (excluding legal medical leave).
