Role Summary:

The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting HR Development initiatives, with a focus on the implementation and administration of a Learning Management System (LMS).

This role also involves supporting Talent Acquisition and HR Management activities, as well as fostering employee engagement.

Duties and Responsibilities:

HR Management:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of HR administration, including but not limited to

employee records, payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with

employment laws and regulations in the countries of responsibility.

• Oversee retention efforts, onboarding processes, and employee engagement initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards related to HR practices in each country of operation.

• Any other job-related activity requested by the line manager.

HR Development:

• Support the design and implement HR development programs to enhance employee

skills, knowledge, and capabilities.

• Conduct training needs assessments and develop learning objectives based on

organizational priorities and individual employee needs.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training resources, both internal and

external, to support employee development goals.

Learning Management System (LMS) admin:

• Support the implementation, administration and management of the Learning

Management System, including user management, content management, and system

maintenance.

• Develop, update, and maintain LMS content to ensure it is current, relevant, and

engaging.

• Provide training and support to employees and managers on LMS usage.

• Monitor LMS usage and performance metrics, generating reports to assess the impact of training initiatives.

Talent Acquisition & Employment engagement:

• Support the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding. Including sourcing,

screening, and interviewing potential candidates.

• Develop and support employee engagement initiatives and activities.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively

collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Collaboration: Strong team player with a proactive approach to supporting colleagues

• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related

field; Master’s degree preferred.

• 2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role, with a focus on HR development.

• Experience with implementing and managing an LMS
