- Collaborate with clients to understand their HR requirements, challenges, and desired future state.
- Analyze existing HR processes and identify opportunities for improvement through SAP HCM or SF implementation.
- Design, configure, and customize either SAP HCM or SF modules (e.g., Employee Central, Payroll, Talent Management , Recruiting, Performance Management, Compensation, and Succession Management) to meet client needs.
- Manage data migration from legacy systems to SAP HCM or SF, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain master data in both systems, including employee information, organizational structures, and compensation & benefits data.
- Configure the SAP SuccessFactors PMGM module to meet client requirements
- Integrate SAP HCM or SF with other relevant SAP modules (e.g., Finance) or external systems.
- Configure workflows and user interfaces within SAP HCM or SF to optimize user experience and self-service capabilities.
