Your Role at Quantanite:

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be crucial in supporting our customers through their order process and ensuring a seamless delivery experience. Your responsibilities will include handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Responsible for all aspects of pre and after sale support for retail consumers.
You will be expected to manage your time effectively to ensure availability for the customer as well as completing the administrative tasks that this role entails.
