Responsibilities:

  • Source, field, and close new opportunities (inbound and outbound)
  • Consistently travel to personally engage with existing clients and prospects
  • Run client meetings, present demos for the clients
  • Build the pipeline of new sales and build the team for this pipeline once it is solid
  • Identify organizational capabilities required within Business Development to achieve business plan targets
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Coordinate the SRD efforts with marketing team to make sure that the Company's strategy is realized
  • Coordinate Client Success Manager(s) to ensure project excellent experience and growth opportunities
  • Close deals by preparing & pitching proposals
  • Drive internal change as needed, to maximize account growth
  • Work in liaison with the marketing team on promotion activities, creating sales tactics as well as long-term strategies
  • Act as intermediary between the clients, partners, resellers and CSM Department
  • Provide accurate and timely feedback to the Head of Regional Growth about market matters

Requirements:

  • B.S. or B.A. degree
  • 3+ years of hands-on sales experience
  • Should be self-reliant
  • Be open to visiting our office in NJ on-demand
  • Ability to present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Ability to handle multiple account activities at a time
  • Marketing (pharma or outside of pharma) background would be a benefit
  • Accepts accountability for achieving business goals (account growth, margins, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of budgeting and reporting on progress
  • English โ€“ native or Advanced; Spanish and/or French is a plus
