About the Role:
As a Correspondence Team Leader within Civica Justice Service, you will play a vital role in developing, leading, and supporting a multi skilled team of approximately 15 Customer Solutions Officers. This role will be 4-month secondment.
You will thrive on assisting in the development of your team and implement coaching plans to uplift performance and to ensure business needs are met in a multitude of areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 15 direct reports, ensuring high performance and providing effective feedback.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including external agencies, to resolve issues and foster positive relationships.
- Manage workload volumes and allocation
- Be prepared to take escalation calls.
- Work closely with other team leaders to ensure smooth operations and mutual support.
- Help set and achieve end-of-year objectives for the team.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of contact center operations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
