Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and analysis to understand business needs.
- LifeAsia Expertise:
- Provide in-depth knowledge and insights on LifeAsia applications.
- Analyze and recommend improvements to LifeAsia processes and systems.
- Documentation:
- Create detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all projects and processes.
- Analysis and Solution Design:
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Design and propose solutions that align with business objectives and LifeAsia capabilities.
- Project Support:
- Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
- Testing and Validation:
- Develop and execute test plans to validate solutions.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of delivered solutions through thorough testing.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to end-users on LifeAsia applications.
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions as needed.
