Accounts Receivable Analyst

Our client is an innovative new storage system taking the headache out of self-storage. Offering a new cheap storage system; their 'come to you' storage units are ideal for any commercial, moving, or personal storage needs.

They are now looking to hire an Accounts Receivable Analyst to be an integral member of their team and is expected to foster a positive team culture and performance within their team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for performing all relevant tasks relating to Payments:
  • Manage and “chase” all customers who sit within their city.
  • Expectation is to handle and make large volumes of both inbound and outbound calls to chase funds.
  • Expectation is to handle customer emails promptly promptly.
  • Ensuring that the payments tracker is consistently live and up to date.
  • Report on the overdue profile of the city in weekly team meetings.
  • Assist in the invoicing process for some customers.
  • Assisting in ensuring that all customers are moved in and out, promptly.
