Our client is an innovative new storage system taking the headache out of self-storage. Offering a new cheap storage system; their 'come to you' storage units are ideal for any commercial, moving, or personal storage needs.

They are now looking to hire a Customer Service Consultant as an addition to their growing team.

Job Responsibilities:

#1: Liaising with Customers:

  • Provide an exceptional level of customer service, managing high volumes of incoming calls and email inquiries.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Maintaining a positive, professional attitude towards customers at all times.

#2: Reservation Management:

  • Accurately process bookings (new and re-deliveries) via phone/email for their storage requirements using self-storage software.
  • Send out reservations and related emails to customers.

#3: Move-Ins and Move-Outs:

  • Use self-storage software and the company's other administration procedures to ensure proper record-keeping of existing and existing customers.

#4: Payments:

  • Assist with processing customer payments including but not limited to regular monthly storage fees, packing supplies, and insurance.
