Product Operations Supervisor

Important Note: Applicants for this job must reside in the Philippines and be legally allowed to work in the Philippines. The position is remote/work from home.

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Operations Supervisor to oversee our dynamic product operations team. This role involves managing a team of designers, marketing and PR specialists, product specialists, product researchers, and web and social media specialists. The Product Operations Supervisor will ensure the seamless execution of our product operations, driving the success of our technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the product operations team, including designers, marketing and PR specialists, product specialists, product researchers, and web and social media specialists.
• Ensure efficient and effective execution of product operations processes.
• Collaborate with various departments to align product operations with company goals and objectives.
• Utilize tools such as JIRA, SharePoint, WordPress, Canva, Affinity Designer, and Photopea to manage and streamline operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency within the team.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development, encouraging team members to pick up new tools and skills quickly.
• Monitor and analyze team performance, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on product operations activities and progress.

Requirements

What your background looks like:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance.
• Minimum of three years of professional experience in a related role.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, SharePoint, WordPress, Canva, Affinity Designer, and Photopea.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A passion for learning and the ability to quickly pick up new tools and skills.

Experience:

• Proven experience in managing and overseeing product operations teams.
• Proficiency in using various project management and design tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a remote, collaborative team environment.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor and optimize team performance.
