Senior Staff Data Center Operations Sustainability Analyst

Team: As Senior Staff Data Center Sustainability Analyst, you will be a member of the Data Center ESG team that partners and supports our ServiceNow Environmental Sustainability team with meeting our corporate ESG commitments. This is a global role and reports to the DCO ESG manager. We are an integral part of the ServiceNow Enterprise Cloud and are committed to sustainability and championing the transition to a net-zero world.

Requirements

To be successful in this role as Senior Staff Data Center Sustainability Analyst you have:

• Bachelor’s Degree environmental, engineering, science or related discipline
• 5+ years’ experience performing environmental compliance or applicable sustainability-related duties
• 5+ years of relevant experience in data center operations or engineering with focused knowledge of power/energy usage, water usage, renewable energy and construction related sustainability opportunities & challenges.
• Deep ESG knowledge on EMS systems, sustainability reporting regulations and legislation and able to apply this understanding to ESG data analysis.
• Proficient in data analysis and research abilities with focus on details, rational thought, and problem-solving abilities for precise and dependable data analysis.
• Experienced in proposing customized solutions based on analysis.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication abilities and the ability to deliver complicated information understandably and transparently.
• Expert skills for producing case studies, reports, resource documents and presentations.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to partner and collaborate with multiple teams in a large scale, distributed environment is required to be effective in this role.
