We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to work on local projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate should have experience with SCRUM and software development projects, enabling them to write user stories, create test scripts, and bridge the gap between business and IT. Familiarity with the J&J SDLC is a plus.

Write and manage user stories.

Develop and execute test scripts.

Serve as a liaison between business and IT teams.

Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements.

Qualifications:

Proficient in SCRUM methodologies.
